Hillsborough County
Starting at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 7, Hillsborough County has issued a mandatory evacuation order for all prefabricated homes and mobile homes in the County, as well as for Evacuation Zones A and B. The County will open nine shelters for individuals in mandatory evacuation zones, as well as those whose houses are at risk of storm surge, flooding, and wind damage. Residents in Evacuation Zones A and B, as well as all mobile and prefabricated houses, should be safely relocated by 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9.

Hillsborough County is under a river flood warning for the Hillsborough River at the Morris Bridge.
A RECORD FLOOD WARNING is currently in effect for the Hillsborough River near Hillsborough River State Park through Wednesday night until further notice. Significant flooding is anticipated. It is anticipated that the river would surpass flood level by tomorrow evening and reach a height of 15.8 feet on Friday morning.
Pinellas County
For Pinellas County, there is a hurricane watch, storm surge watch, and flood watch in effect. Hurricane force gusts, a potentially fatal 8 to 12-foot storm surge, and flooding are all possible.
A mandatory evacuation order has been issued by Pinellas County for all countywide mobile homes as well as residents of Zones A, B, and C.

Citrus County
Everyone living in Citrus County who is residing in a camper, tent, mobile home, manufactured home, or any other structure that cannot withstand sustained winds of up to 110 mph is required to evacuate starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8.
Evacuation from Zone A is mandatory beginning Tuesday, October 8, at 8 AM.
Mandatory evacuation for all assisted living and nursing homes located in Zone A beginning at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 7.
Flood Warnings for the Withlacoochee River at SR 200 Holder and US 41 Dunnellon, which will affect Citrus County and Levy and Citrus counties.

Hernando County
There is a hurricane and storm surge warning in effect, as well as a flood watch until Thursday morning.

Pasco County
A local state emergency has been declared for Pasco County. Officials have issued mandatory evacuation orders for zones A, B, and C, as well as occupants of mobile homes, low-lying areas, and flood-prone locations.

Flood Warnings for the Anclote River at Elfers at Little Road and the Withlacoochee River near US 301 Trilby, which will impact Pasco and Hernando counties.

Manatee County
Flood Watch in effect through Thursday morning.
Major flooding is expected on the Manatee River near Myakka Head at SR 64 until further notice. Early tomorrow afternoon, the river is predicted to surpass flood stage and continue rising, reaching a height of 17.0 feet early on Thursday. The flood stage is 11.0 feet.
