TAMPA, FL – A 27-year-old man was killed after he was struck by a motorist operating a black Hyundai Santa Fe and then by another driver who fled the scene Monday.
This fatal wreck occurred on the Veterans Expressway before 9:45 p.m., as indicated in a report from FOX 13 News. Officials said that prior to the man getting hit, for reasons unclear, he was throwing liquids at vehicles. Shortly after Alexander Rowland was struck, he succumbed to fatal injuries.
The Hyundai driver cooperated with investigators, and the other driver has yet to be found.
