TAMPA, FL – A 35-year-old man was hospitalized for serious injuries after he was stabbed by a man following a three-vehicle collision on Howard Franklin Bridge Tuesday.
WFLA said for reasons unclear, the 35-year-old man stopped his car in the middle of the bridge and was slumped over. Two vehicle occupants — a 43-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man — tried to help the slumped-over man. The 40-year-old man went to go retrieve something with the hope that it would help the drowsy man.
When the 35-year-old man woke up, he crashed into the vehicle operated by the 40-year-old man before striking another motorist attempting to pass by the crash.
