News: Deputies arrest teen for Seffner injury hit-and-run crash

SEFFNER, FL – Hillsborough County deputies arrested a teenager responsible for a hit-and-run crash that sent a woman to a hospital Tuesday, ABC Action News reports. 

Deputies suspect the teenager was driving a black Honda when they struck the woman at the intersection of County Road 579 and Clay Pit Road around 5:30 p.m. Officials later located the teenager and arrested and charged them with leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury.

EMS crews said the victim was set to receive treatment for a variety of lacerations, including a possible broken leg.
