EAST TAMPA, FL – A man lost his life after he crossed the North 40th Street and East Ellicott Street junction and was struck by a vehicle Thursday.
Tampa Police responded to the scene after 6:30 p.m. and declared the man (whose name has not been released) dead at the scene, according to Fox 13 News.
It is not immediately clear who had the right of way, if the driver remained at the scene, and mention of pending charges.
