TAMPA, FL – A Hillsborough County deputy driving a patrol truck and a driver of a sedan both suffered injuries in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday.
This crash happened around 1 a.m. on Adamo Drive near I-75, according to Fox 13 News. The events leading up to this wreck are unclear, but footage indicated that both vehicles sustained some significant front-end damage.
Emergency responders took the deputy to a hospital for treatment of minor wounds. First responders said the other driver was injured but did not confirm if they were sent to a hospital nor provided an update on their current condition.
