This collision happened before 5 a.m., and the power outages were reported in all of Havendale, 20th Street, MLK, and First Street, according to Tampa Free Press

Authorities confirmed the driver was not intoxicated and managed to escape injuries. At the time of reporting, crews closed 16th Street and told drivers to take Lake Howard Drive so that they could restore power.
