ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A motorcyclist’s life was claimed when traveled at a high rate and ear-ended a Hyundai Sonata around 8 p.m. Thursday.

WFLA revealed that the collision happened at the 34th Street North and 34th Avenue North junction. St. Petersburg Police said that the motorcyclist — an unidentified 25-year-old man — hit the right side of the car after the Hyundai driver crossed five lanes of traffic. 

First responders took the driver to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the motorcyclist succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a hit-and-run collision that took place on I-275 North at mile marker 32 before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Troopers arrived at the scene just before 5:30 p.m. Officials have not yet indicated the specifics of the crash, indicating the number of occupants and people involved, if any injuries were sustained, or have released information on the suspect and their vehicle.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A 14-year-old boy was sent to the hospital after he fell off a boat after a two-boat crash near St. Petersburg Saturday. 

WSVN said this collision took place near Egmont Key. The boy sustained wounds on his arm due to the impact of the propeller. 

It is unclear what his current condition is.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Florida Highway Patrol revealed that at least one person suffered injuries in a collision on northbound I-275 at mile marker 26 Wednesday. 

Troopers were summoned to the scene at approximately 5:40 p.m. and arrived at precisely 5:46 p.m. They have not indicated what the contributing factors were, listed the number of people and vehicles involved, or said if anyone was hurt.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – A collision in the Lealman district resulted in at least one roadblock at the 34th Street N and 56th Avenue North junction and sustained injuries Monday.

Florida Highway Patrol were called to the crash site around 5:30 p.m. and arrived at the scene at approximately 5:47 p.m.
